*NEW* Oasis Ministry *NEW*

Oasis Ministry is an off-campus ministry facilitated by Pastor Mike in Belding, Michigan. This is a group of 30+ individuals who meet weekly on Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM at the Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home. We listen to music, hear a message of hope and encouragement, pray, and support the needs of the local community through financial support of the B Foundation for community members with cancer.  The purpose of this group is to find deep and meaningful relationship with God as we go through the desert experiences of our life. God is our oasis, providing us rest and refreshment in the midst of our life's harshness.
Pastor Mike is assisted by Cindy Miller, Mike Brady, Trisha Groom-Lillie, Billie Jo, and Pastor Archie Messenger.
We appreciate the prayers and support of the Orchard View Church in this evangelistic ministry in Belding.

Foreign Missionaries

Daniel and Christy Kihm represent us in the Netherlands where they are involved with church plants and reaching our to younger couples needing the hope of Jesus Christ.

Joseph Kiwanuka Amooti, of Mission Trips Uganda, is currently in a church plant in the village of Buwooya. There is no church in that village and the people are starving for God there.

Bobby and Jenny Mihsill serve in the Church of God in Côte d’Ivoire, Africa. They organize mission teams and work with organizing Children of Promise sponsors.

Ocho Rios Street Church serves homeless persons in Jamaica. Pastor Mike's mother helps to coordinate this mission effort with weekly Bible study and connection times as well as Sunday morning worship at the bus stop in Ocho Rios. Many of the people are in need of basic medical supplies that the mission is attempting to assist with.

We support the Grand Rapids Dream Center which oversees neighborhood ministries throughout Grand Rapids. In addition to financial support, we have members of the church who participate in weekly grocery delivery to needy families.
